Alfamatic provides its customers with a very strict warranty period with a regular preventative maintenance through out the warranty period , Also we offer extended warranty while selling our products.
Service Contracts
Two month before the expiration of the warranty Alfamatic sends alert notification along with a draft copy of an annual service contract. Service contracts may be inclusive all spare parts or exclusive with a separate spare parts price list.

Alfamatic has a separate maintenance department with its own Manager , admin and technicians which provides a professional approach to the business and allow us to service some customers that have systems installed by other competitors.
